When you fill out the form on this site, I'm the one who reads it. I also run the factory search, check the quotes, and follow your order through production. That's not a department — it's me.

I've been in Shenzhen [16] years. Before YuSourcing I worked on the factory side — components first, then assembly, mostly in [Long'hua and Fu'tian]. That order matters: most of the padding in a quote hides in the part, not the labor, and the part is where I started.

I know what a line looks like when it's running, and I know what it looks like when someone cleaned it up five minutes before your visit. The mop water is still drying by the door. Everyone's in a fresh uniform. The parts bins at station 4 are empty.

Why this exists

I started YuSourcing because I kept watching buyers make the same three mistakes:

• Trusting the first quote. The first number is always the best-looking one. It's the second one — after tooling, after the revision, after "oh, that price was for 5,000 units" — that decides what you actually pay.
• Skipping the factory check. The office is nice. The factory it subcontracts to is in another town, and nobody has been there.
• Assuming the sample and the bulk will match. The sample was made by an engineer, one at a time, on a bench. The bulk order is made by a line, on a schedule. They are not the same product until someone checks that they are.

The mistakes aren't stupid. The system is opaque. I built this to make it less so.

What I do

• Read every inquiry myself. If I can't source it, you'll know within 24 hours. If I need more time, you'll know that within 24 hours too — and when you'll hear back.
• Visit factories before I send you a match. Not every time — I'd be lying if I said otherwise. But every match tells you whether I've stood on that floor, and when.
• Check quotes line by line. Factory price on one line, my fee on the other. Nothing in between — I don't mark up the factory's number.
• Follow the order through production. Weekly photos from the line, pre-shipment inspection, FOB coordination.
• Answer WhatsApp myself. Usually within 12 hours, same day if you write before midnight China time.

What I won't do

• Take a match outside consumer electronics — audio, charging, wearables, phone accessories, mounts. If your product isn't in one of those, I'll tell you straight instead of wasting your week.
• Bill you for work that didn't happen. No order, no fee. The factory search and the quote comparison cost you nothing.
• Write, buy, or filter reviews. When I have real ones they go up unedited — including the bad ones.

Categories I work with

I work in six product lines — the ones where I already have [factory contacts] in Shenzhen and Dongguan.

Anything else — ask. I'll tell you straight if it's out of scope.

How it works

1. You send the inquiry. — your 5 minutes
2. I search the network. — 24 hours. You get 3 factories and a price range, or a straight no.
3. You pick, request samples. — 3–7 days. Samples to your door.
4. Confirm, then production. — 15–30 days. Weekly photos from the line.
5. Inspection, then FOB Shenzhen. — 1–2 days. Inspection report, then it's on the water.

Common questions

[About 1 in 3 inquiries, I turn down.] Not because the product is bad — because it's outside the categories I can actually help with. I'd rather say no in 24 hours than waste your week.
